Red face my 2006 acura rsx wont start???

i have a 2006 acura rsx with a 2.0 motor. i drove throught some water as soon as the front end touched the water my car shut off. ive taking the spark plugs out and cranked on it the belt will spin for a couple seconds n than it will lock up and stop. is my motor ruined or fixable?
