Default Oracle Lighting Halos?

Are the oracle Halo lights weatherproof? Because I'm thinking of putting them on a car that has no lense.

so you asked this of people who own Acura's and Honda's for what reason....and can you read about them and what does it say on the website where they're sold...and if it's not a website, how about reading the BOX.
