Default should I trade my 2000 acura integra for 2000 honda civic?

Both are 4 doors. I have a 2000 integra ls stick and was thinking of trading for a 2000 civic stick due to better gas mileage and lower weight. It is used as a family car

Don't bother unless the Civic has much less mileage. The gas saving will be insignificant.

I still think you would be foolish to trade down to a Honda from an Acura.
