Default is it worth getting an Acura TL Type S 2007 automatic?

I'm planning on getting a tl Type S that its automatic is it worth getting it automatic or should I just buy the basic TL 2007

We'll if it's a big money difference maybe just go with the basic one. But the s type is awesome and so fast and sporty even though it's an automatic. I have one and it rips. Acura tl are the sickest car even if you buy the basic it still goes fast and you will love it.
