Default Swap my integra ls b16 head or full b18c swap?

I have an 1999 integra ls and i would like to make it faster and was wondering which path i should go down. Abd what i would need to do to complete it

Depends. The head swap isn't that expensive, but it largely depends on the condition of you bottom end. B18c is a nice motor, but it can be expensive compared to a basic lsvtec motor. Given a good bottom end i would go with the vtec head.

You would need the head, valvetrain, vtec distributor, new head gasket, new timing belt, new water pump, a way to make the vtec engage, & an oil supply kit.
