Default should i mod my integra?

i bought a 1999 integra ls with 240,000km on it.

current mods:

2.5' cat back exhaust

aem short ram intake

new distributor

i am thinking of putting headers, cat, intake manifold, campshaft, cam gears amd etc

i was wondering if its worth it because the mileage is so high

Waste of money, the car has way too many miles. It is on its last legs.

You can, but you will want a fresh engine first. New bearings, piston rings, clean up the cylinders (might require new pistons), gaskets, cylinder head job would all be better than aftermarket parts. I'd use this as an opportunity to find an integra in the junkyard and pull the engine. Build a fresh engine exactly how you want it, then when it's done, just switch out the high mileage old engine with the fresh, new engine with all the parts on it you want.
