Default Acura didn't do a good job fixing my rdx..what to do?

My brand new 2014 acura rdx got rear end 3 weeks ago and the last two week it's in acura collusion center getting fix. They call me in on week 1 but I didn't agree to take it home because they did a terrible job. The rear did not flush with the lift gate and the paint job is off. I have look at 10 different rdx at the dealership and all their back bumper is flush with the lift gate. Don't know why my didn't and the people at the collusion don't know it either. They order a new bumper from acura this week and they just call me bAck today saying the new bumper didn't quite flush with the lift gate either. Base on my situation what can I do and expect from this??? It's a brand new 2014 acura and I want it to look perfect. But from what I've heard so fAr the lift gate will not flush with the bumper. Thank you so much for any input.

My best suggestion will be to call or visit a local body shop in town. They will provide with the best answer and solution for your problem.

I would leave it with them until they get it right. If you are at a total loss with Acura's collusion center then I would bring it to another body shop and have them take a look at it. I feel for you, I too would want it perfect! I just bought a new Acura last month.... Good luck!
