Default Buying a 93 acura integra?

Im buying this 1993 acura integra gs tomorrow and the motor has 216,xxx miles i mean it looks good it sounds good it has some mods to the motor and im just wondering how much more miles could it last and when it dies how much is a new motor going to cost i mean ima gear head so maintenance and stuff like that wont be a issue but its my first personal car so im wondering..

Why waste money on a 21 year old car with 216k miles. It coul fall apart tomorrow. A new engine would cost way more then the car is worth.

If it's cheap, might source out a good ls motor and swap it in. Around 500-700. Make sure it's also obd2.
