I wouldn't suggest to drop anything into a Honda, but rsx put out almost 200hp, I would sellthe Honda and buy a new car to be honest it would be a lot cheaper and save you time and hard work.

Hybrid-Racing would be able to help you with all the needed components to make it as "plug-n-play" as possible - check out their site and complete guide book on K-series swap. Otherwise, you're looking at a good amount of fabrication. In a nutshell, plan to spend about $7k-$10k into parts alone (includes motor, tranny, etc...). Cheapest build I've worked with was a bit under $6k only because he already had a wrecked RSX. Most commonly, $8k is the end result for a clean working swap. If you wish to keep PS and AC, expect to pay for it. Used parts will help keep the costs low but beware of what you get. For that price, you can usually find a decent RSX Type-S but, your civic is the lighter chassis. Your call.

HASport has a bolt in mount kit to put the K20 engine from the RSX and its 6 speed transmission into EK civics.

But to give a rundown, what you want to do is take the 200hp 2.0L 4 cylinder out of a high end newer Civic, and put it into your older, weaker civic. The Integra/RSX has always been a dressed up civic. But otherwise, others are right...it would be cheaper to sell your civic and just buy an RSX-S. And easier.
