Don't waste your time. Sell your AT Civic and buy a MT one. It will cost much less then attempting to convert it.

while the last answr is right, understand that you have a somewhat rare find. You actually don't have a conventional automatic transmission; You have a CVT. I would consider keeping that car but not modifying it. If you still want the mods, sell it like the last answer said. HX models are the MPG leaders in the Honda line and tend to fetch top dollar.
