Default should i buy an aftermarket hid from xenpro for my acura tl 2000 ?

I see the price is only 29.99, well that sounds kinda cheap & it could be some counterfeit. Because the real stuff should cost you about $80. It usually cost around 25-30 for just one Xenpro lightbulb. And if the guy is selling the kit for only 29.99, then it could be fake or counterfeit.

Contrary to what RED said, a real HID kit would not cost $80, it would cost about $500. Anything that isn't a retrofit is illegal, by the way, so that kit, the cheap garbage kits you see for $60-150, all illegal for street use.
