Default Help with Timing with stage 3 NA b18b integra cams?

i have a jdm b18b integra motor,,bought it and has oem rebuilt block and built head,,brian crower valves,springs,retainers,port and polish,angle job and stage 3 NA 62404 2 brian crower cams and cam gears,,i put the motor in my 2000 civic but cant get timng right,,i lined up crank to tdc and im not good with cam gears so i lined the cams up with the pin wholes with the valve cover off,,the motor ran fine is the kids car,,but i replaced the timng belt and added a 70mm throttle body,,now car only starts when hold the gas down and wont rev unless i hold throttle half way then oce im above 3k it revs fine but coolant comes out of the overflow and car idles at like 100rpm

Sounds like a head gasket problem. Reverse procedure to find the problem.
