Default Acura RSX car body work?

Hello, I have a 2003 RSX type-s , and I wanted to know if the 2006 models have the same dimensions or the rear lights? They are different but I wanted to replace my stock tail lights with the 2006 tail lights and I need to replace the rear bumper, but does the 2006 bumper fit on the 2003 RSX?
