Default Acura integra good rally car?

for the 2wd competion

and well it do good in rally cross and snow

Sure. With the proper tires it should do just fine.

Well, if you tune it & fix it up the right way. Then any car can be made into a rally car. Here is a link to some pictures that might interest you:
