Default 2003 acura tl back speaker/subwoofer?

I want to change the speakers on my 2003 tl but the back speaker seems to be a subwoofer does anyone know how to take that one out so i can replace it?

You have to remove the back seat and rear deck lid panel to access the sub woofer.
