Not enough info provided. Need to know year, model, engine type, etc before even guessing at a dollar amount. Is the engine going in the exact same type as what's coming out? And if you aren't a skilled mechanic, don't even attempt this.

If you know what you are doing, then it should be easy. As for me, I love working on cars. To swap a motor for someone, I would charge just $100. But then that's just me.
