Default Integra transmission problems!?

I just replaced a transmission on my 94 integra ls that messed up. I picked up my car and drove it and it's doin the same thing as the other. If I press the gas too much it whines all the to 6-7k Rpms then it catches (it's an automatic btw) also it has a deep tone as of the car skipped from 2nd to 4th. Could it be a sensor? The torque converter?! P.s. the motor is a b20b and I have a ls tranny

you replaced the tranny with an Acura LS tranny and you're still having problems ? who did the work ?

I'd take it to someone who knows what they're doing and making sure the correct tranny was put in.

Someone doesn't know what they're doing with that car...
