Default Wires on a b18b1 engine?

I'm new to car engines, the parts and everything. I was just wondering, what are the wires that connect to the top of the engine block of a b18b1 integra Ls engine? There is 4 of them.

spark plug wires

they supply high voltage from the distributor to the spark plugs

a very important part to keep the engine running
