Default 2007 civic SI coupe vs 2006 rsx type S?

Ok so im looking for a car and i can't decidE between these 2! Is there any downside to each one? Performance wise? Mpg? Which is more nice from the inside? power to weight ratio?

Basically pros n cons? Which would you choose and why?

I would choose the RSX. I find the interior classier, the suspension to be a little better, the car to feel more solid overall, and I prefer hatchbacks. Power to weight ratio is close, I believe the civic a bit better.

Performance wise, these cars have nearly identical engines and, as would be expected, put out similar performance numbers (0-60, 1/4 mile, etc). The Civic transmission does have a Limited Slip Differential (LSD) which is an advantage, but not hugely significant actual performance.

Acura is Honda's luxury brand, so the interior on the Acura has a more expensive feel.

You can't really lose with either car, but I would chose the Acura. Since it is a model that has been discontinued, its resale value will probably remain higher than the Civic. Not to mention I think the RSX is by far the more beautiful car.

Good luck with your decision.
