Default Boor lock button on my 1999 acura tl not working?

I looked @ the fuse box & I'm not getting power to the fuse. Could it be a relay. By the way, my alarm or dome light aren't working.can you suggest anything that I can look 4. Thanx

maybe other fuses under hood. look up some fuse diagrams and see what fuses can control what. there may be a auxillary fuse under the hood that controls power from the battery to power locks, dome lamps, even the radio and that little ding ding ding when you put the keys in the ignition
