Default my acura tl 2000, not working from the fan condenser and the compressor a/c too?

i already check the fan condenser cables and don't have power , and i check the fuses and relays and they are good ....

There is a small sensor that screws into the bottom radiator tank that controls the electric fan as the water temperature rises or lowers. This sensor does not have anything to do with the AC compressor.
