Default is this noise the rack and pinion or the PS Pump?

i made this video of the noise and am not sure if it is the rack and pinion in my 90 Acura legend LS or the PS Pump any help would be greatly appreciated !!

take the car to a repair shop...YA isn't one.

Well, that's an unusual sound! My guess is it is the control valve in the rack. The sure way to tell where the problem is involves listening to the pump and to the rack with a mechanic's stethoscope (about $10 at auto parts stores) while a helper makes it happen. I bet the rack is deafening.
