Default 535i vs A4 vs c350 or Acura tl?

Hi guys I'm a 22 year old with a small family I recently finished paying 2000 328i witch I got with my moms help about 3 years ago I also own a 2004 lancer, I'm now searching for another car, I'm searching for a fun sporty sadan perfect for a young dad. Since I own a bmw my standards for a car are pretty high not looking on spending 45k on a brand new car but I could spend around 30k for a used one with sum kind of warranty I need advice in things such as the most reliable the most fun and of couse the safest. Any suggestions or reviews from owners. Also any suggestions in makes or models. Reasons y I'm looking are that since I finished paying my bmw I have extra cash at the end of the month. My bmw has 170,000 miles on it so I think it's on it's last legs and the lancer doesn't have enough power and its quite ugly

Lancers are kinda crappy.

You want:

reliable, fun, safe

You mentioned them in that order.

So, you want:

1) Infiniti G35/37(depending on model year)

2) Acura TSX V6(2011 I think)

3) BMW 328i(if you must have German)

4) Cadillac CTS(if you must have American)

That should be your order of preference.

The Infiniti and Acura are both very reliable, but the Infiniti is more fun.

The BMW may be more fun than the Infiniti, but it's less reliable. The best of the German cars, though.

Audis are... "neat"... but unreliable.

Safe = Volvo. You give up fun and reliability, though.

Stay away from Lexus, you'll fall asleep from boredom. A car that makes you fall asleep is not a safe car.

Stay away from big American cars. The car will break down(from iffy reliability) WHILE you fall asleep(from boredom). Again, not a safe car.

Don't buy ANYTHING until you check out the Hyundai Genesis sedan. At least give it a chance.

I would get the 535i out of all of those. Audis are unreliable, and Acuras just aren't quite up to the standards of a BMW. Although I would personally get the 335i, but you might need extra passenger room... And as for your BMW being on it's last leg, it could actually last a lot longer it just depends on if you want to spend money on big repairs in the future. My last car was a 325i that had 270,000 miles when I sold it. That's 100,000 more than your car has, so I don't necessarily think it's on it's last leg unless it's been maintained poorly.

But it sounds like you want something newer anyways. And I think the BMW will be the most satifying. An Audi A4 would have less power, would be less reliable and lower quality than the BMW. I personally would never get an Audi over a BMW. If your gunna buy an expensive German car, get the best there is.. BMW. IF you really want a lot of power you can get a 550i but it is going to be more expensive, or have more miles in order to fit your budget.
