Default Infant car seat in 2013 Acura RDX?

I am looking to install an infant car seat in the middle seat in the back of my 2013 Acura RDX, since this is the safest spot. The seat belt for this seat comes from the ceiling of the car, it's odd to me. Can I still install the car seat base in his spot?

Check your vehicles owners manual for proper installation of seat!
