You can't overfill the windshield washer reservoir. The CR-V has a 3-
piece bottle which snaps together...there are o-rings at the joints. The
inner bore of one of them is mildly grooved resulting in the leak --
manufacturing defect...my 2003 didn't do this.

You might also consider getting a breaker bar and a 19mm

This was simply an example of their lack of attention to detail. 'Check
tire pressure' was checked on the PDI checklist, but they didn't actually
do it.
