Could be a lot of different things but assuming it really does run OK when
warmed up, start with the ECT (Engine Coolant Temp) sensor under the
distributor (two wires) and the EACV (Electronic Air Control valve) on the
throttle body... and the wiring harnesses and connections to each of them.
