tell your wife to take the parking brake off while driving ;-)
just kidding, hope your wife is not reading ;-)
on the other hand, these things (parking brakes) get stuck sometime but
mostly on older car, in that situation you would also have abnormal wear
on the parking brakes components. Only other thing I can see is allignment.
Odds of 2 defective tires put on the rear of your car is slim.
