Check to make sure the switch is plugged in tight, if so it is probably
the regulator.

Honda's have a cable driven system and are notorious for breaking.

95% of the time it's the regulator. Take the door panel off and look
inside and see if you have a crows nest of cable.

The motor and regulator are a one piece unit and is easily replaced if
you are somewhat mechanically inclined.
