Only a "generic" thought: check the wiring harnesse connectors where they
plug into the leading edge of each door and make sure each plug is fully
latched in, especially the driver's door. I had a Civic a while back where
the right rear window would only wind up/down, from the master switch or
its own switch, if the driver's door was ajar about half way.
The car had had a damaged driver's door (deer ran into the side of the car)
and the body shop broke the latch on the connector which plugs into the
door so that every time the door was opened, the connector got tugged out a
touch and then pushed back in a bit when the door was closed - I jammed it
in with some cardboard, not wanting to go to all the hassle of new wire
harness routing.
