Why? One of the reasons I went with them is you can choose who does the
work on your car.

It's a done deal. We bought them a 2000 Hyundai Sonata with 57k miles,
added Warranty Direct's bumper to bumper coverage of 4 years, 100k miles
to it.
Got the free emissions coverage because I saw it at Edmunds.com.
Hyundai's offer of 3 years 36k miles for $2K didn't come close to what
this company offered.
But then, their offer of $10K+ for basically the same car I bought for
$6K didn't come close, either.
