Run the washer pump to get the nozzle wet and then try brushing it with a
toothbrush. Is it a jet type washer outlet or a "sprinkler" type? I'm not
sure that the new sprinkler types have the ball and socket that others have
mentioned. If you do try poking it, I suggest a safety pin rather than a
needle - needles are brittle and the end can break off.
