Ric,

Ususlly the nozzle is just a steel bearing with a hole drilled thru it,
and it swivels in the plastic mount. Put a large pin into the hole, then
swivel it up a few degrees. You might dislodge some crud while you're
poking around in ther, but not likely on an '03.
