At leat with both my Honda's (older than yours) there is a a little ball in
there that sprays the fluid. And if you take a needle and gently put in in
the hole you'll have the leverage to move the nozzle. The most important
thing to keep in mind is that even the tiniest motion of the ball will
result in a change of several inches in where the spray hits the windshield.
It takes some practice to get it just right.
