In theory, you should be able to get the best price from the source that
costs the dealer the least amount of money. One side of the issue might be
considered that when you ask for a quote, the dealer may not give you their
lowest price. If you have a price you are willing to pay for the car, call
the sales or fleet manager directly and ask them if they will sell the car
to you at that price. Also try www.carsdirect.com as a decent source for
your pricing target. Personally, my target is invoice cost (incl destination
charges), with my actual experience paying $750 below invoice to $100 above
invoice on different models.
