Hello,

I have a question regarding my stock 1997 Honda Accord alarm that I'd like to
pass by you fine people, since I'be had success with your help in the past.

I have an Audiovox Pursuit alarm in my car. I believe it was installed when we
bought the car -- if I am correct, it was installed as a dealer option.

Anyway, I am extremely interested in having a remote start installed, and
possibly a remote trunk opener as well. The remote start is my biggest desire,
though, for these winters.

I know a remote start could be installed on my existing alarm, I believe, as an
added feature. But, I know the problem with this is that the remote start would
only go the distance my keybob currenty goes, which to say the least, isn't
more than 10 feet. I know I need to replace the keyfob soon, so this may
improve the distance, but I don't think it will be worth it.

Anyway, I assume my choices would be to get a remote start added on as
mentioned above, get a seperate remote start (which may interfere with my
current alarm), or get a new alarm/remote start combination entirely.

In regards to those choices, what are your suggestions for my questions and
which alarm/remote start manufacturers do you suggest?
