Brett,
If you park in heated parkades you may be getting too much moisture thru
your fuel system. Switch to an ethanol-enhanced gas for a few tanks and
see if anything changes. You'll keep your injectors cleaner and prevent
fouling.
Read the part of your manual that describes 'starting in cold weather/
high altitude'. Your engine sounds like it was flooded, which can happen
when injectors 'leak down' the fuel pressure overnight.
