I bought a bulb at Oreilly auto supply and the salesman came out and
changed the bulb in about 5 minutes. The plastic air intake just snaps out,
and since it was dark I didn't see him remove and replace bulb, but I'm
pretty sure it just twisted out, then new one twisted in.
The salesman said DO NOT touch the glass part of the (new) bulb; apparently
skin oil will cause halogen bulbs to fail quickly.

How do you change the passenger side headlamp on a 1999 Accord (4 cyl)?
There is a plastic air intake pipe right in the way. Is the air intake
easily removed? I don't see how to replace the lamp without removing the
pipe I don't see how the pipe is removed. How do I get the air intake out
of the way?
