Even an experienced technician can not properly evaluate a
problem from afar. Without a qualified person with the proper
equipment on the other end to do the actually work, one is merely
making an educated guess. Why folks will try to save a
comparably few dollars on the maintenance, on a vehicle that
costs nearly 30K, is sort of foolish IMO. Take your vehicle to
the guys that know it best at a dealership. You will be best
served in the long run.
