Good point.

I have also heard countless stories about scratches, damages, and thefts
while their car was in the "custody" of the dealership.

And you also might want to consider how many different people are driving
your car...and how they are operating it...especially if you have a "high
end" or performance car.

I wonder what kind of "test drive" the 20 year old "certified technician"
would give my S2000 after a tire balance...
