I don't know about Euro models but I don't think U.S. models of that era
have any relay for headlights - my '92 and '99 Integras certainly don't.
All the current passes through the column switch. The only Honda I've seen
with headlight relays is our 2K Accord and even there, the high beam
current still goes directly through the dimmer switch.
