Absurd. Take this to the bank: there is no genuine Honda documentation
anywhere that says to pull the dash to replace the clock light bulb in a
sixth-gen ('98-'02) Accord. I don't know what kind of squirrelly book
you're looking at, but it ain't genuine Honda. As another poster
pointed out, the year range includes two different generations--and they
couldn't even get *that* right, because '98 should be included in the
range as well.
