Small flat screwdriver. At the bottom of the clock, pry gently.

That's it. The clock will come out in your hands.

Disconnect the two plugs, and replace the bulb. $2 from your dealer.

Don't have them do it; they;ll probably charge you $25 plus the bulb.
This is no harder than replacing the light bulb in a floor lamp.
