Default 96 Accord Timing Belt Change - No Start

I've just replaced the timing belt (following the instructions in the Honda
repair manual) and now the car won't start! It turns over but won't start.
Now if the camshaft pulley and crank pulley are off by just 1 tooth will the
car fail to start? I'd think it would start but just not idle. Should
rotating the distributor help?

Thanks

Kofi
