At one point I had replaced the pads on my 2000 Odyssey with
aftermarket pads. After about a year of trying to quiet the grinding
and squealing, I gave in and bought the Honda pads. I got them from
hparts.com (888-894-6632) and they didn't cost me much more than
aftermarket. They came with the anti-vibration shims and grease to
put on the back.
The new pads do not make noise. I've been really happy with them and
(as long as hparts.com is around) I will likely never buy after market
pads again.
