If the top hose has leaked I'd replace the bottom hose as well. You'll
need to drain some coolant out of the radiator anyway. I don't know if the
'94 still had the bleed screw or not - not sure which year they dropped it.
If it has, you loosen the bleed screw while refilling until no more air
bubbles out of it. In any case, after you've filled as much as possible
with the engine off, start the engine and run, with the radiator cap off,
till the thermostat opens, then blip the throttle a few times to burp out
any air left in the system - might help to have the front of the car raised
slightly, on an incline or with a jack.

Oh, remember to put the heater control on max when you drain and when you
refill and bleed.
