I own a '04 TL. I have driven the TSX as a Service loaner car. The TSX is
nice but the TL is a much more refined car. There is no comparison in
performance between the TL V6 and the TSX 4 cylinder I have driven two
TSX's and they both seemed to have a momentary lag or pause in acceleration
from the start.
