Well I cannot tell you whether or not the come with all new internal parts,
but I can tell you that Honda reman transmissions do come with a new torque
converter. (I've seen at least one VERY old Honda tranny.... 1987 Legend
Sedan.... that came with a "remanufactured" torque converter)
