I believe I have cleaned the EACV correctly, but the problem persists.
The Honda dealer recommended a complete Fuel Injection system
cleaning which runs about $90 and possibly an EGR cleaning which is
$200. The FI cleaning is OK, I think I might do that, it may or may
not solve the problem.

The issue with EGR is that, is there a way for me to tell if the EGR
procedure needs to take place?
