The wiring harness exits out of the door and to the fuse panel. From
the relay on the panel, it gets +12 from the battery feed through the
firewall. The wiring continues behind the dash (part goes to the lock
controller) and then a large portion of the loom crossed under the
passenger seat (under the carpet) and continues to the rear of the car.
The windows are controlled with the onboard relay on the fusebox as
well as switches in both door connections. If you need schematics, let
me know and I'll email them to you. It's not very difficult to trace
the wiring if you pull the dash out.
It sounds to me like you have a broken switch contact, failed relay or
an open in the circuit. It shouldn't be too hard to diagnose with a
little more investigating.
