Re: no after market cruise control for the base model Fit?
Thanks for replying.
So the base model could take an after market cruise then? What about
the "drive by wire throttle system"? I'm a bit confused as to why the
dealership would tell me that it could not take even an after market
cruise if it in fact could... but I'm sure they would rather sell me
the more expensive Sport model.
I am only interested in a 4 door hatchback or wagon because I need to
be able to haul large objects, one that gets an EPA rating of at least
30mgp in city driving. The Civic is now a larger car then it used to be
and yes it's more powerful but it's also more heavy so I doubt it's
going to be that much faster than the Fit anyway. I don't really care
much about speed and power though. When gas hits $4-$10 a gallon over
the next 2-5 years I want to be able to afford to still drive. Right
now a hybrid is out of my price range though.
